His contributions extended to literature, where he simplified complex research papers, benefiting emerging scholars. Some notable works include studies on Indigenous Languages in Meghalaya, Biodiversity in Local Languages, Western Literature’s Influence in Meghalaya, and Cultural Expression in Meghalaya’s Poetry.
In recognition of his social work in education and literature, he received the Award.
For his contributions to language and literature, especially for his work on Western Literature’s Influence in Meghalaya, he received the International Buddha Peace Award and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Award. The award, presented by the Honorable Governor of West Bengal, aim to immortalize Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s legacy and inspire social change-makers. Dr. Sreedhar’s achievements exemplify the transformative power of knowledge and dedication to social welfare.
In a special interview, with our correspondent, Prof Dr M Sreedhar, said  that, he has been conducting research in education and litracy for the past 7 years, and published the research work in journals, on that way contributing to the society for better way of understanding litracy, biodiversity, poems and culture of Meghalaya. The same research is will be available in the form book very soon, he added..
