Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging in any business or services provided by Influences Pro. These Terms outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our public relations services and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and Influences Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or entering into any contractual agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

  • Services Offered:
    Influences Pro provides a range of public relations and communications services, including but not limited to media relations, brand awareness, crisis management, content creation, social media management, event planning, and other related services. The scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate written agreement, proposal, or scope of work document.
  • Confidentiality:
    We understand the sensitive nature of the information shared with us during our engagement. Influences Pro agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose or share it with any third party without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    The Client agrees to provide accurate and relevant information required for the successful execution of PR campaigns. Additionally, the Client will review and approve any content or materials before dissemination. Timely feedback and approvals are essential to meeting project deadlines.
  • Fees and Payment Terms:
    The fees for our services will be outlined in the project proposal or scope of work document. Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon and specified in the invoice. All invoices are due and payable within 7 days from the date of receipt unless otherwise specified.
  • Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights associated with the work and deliverables created by Influences Pro during the course of the engagement will be owned by the Client upon full payment of all outstanding fees.
  • Termination:
    Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for the services performed up to the date of termination, as well as any applicable cancellation fees or costs.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    Influences Pro will make every effort to execute services diligently and professionally. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or the use of the delivered work.
  • Indemnification:
    The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Influences Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the services provided by Influences Pro.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    These Terms and the relationship between the Client and Influences Pro shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City].
  • Amendments:
