It is a historic enterprise in the Indian railway catering industry. The business, which has been operational under him for over 50 years, was founded more than 100 years ago in 1915 by Dr. Gulati’s grandfather, Late Shree Brij Lal and was later expanded by Late Shree Hans Raj, Dr. Ripu Daman’s father. This family-run business has run refreshment rooms in Ambala, Firozpuqr and Kalka and has grown into a notable catering and vending contractor for the Northern Railway.
