By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and Influencers Pro. We recommend that you read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The website influencerspro.in, client dashboard, wallet, orders section, and related digital tools operated by Influencers Pro.
• Services: Press release distribution, national/regional/international news packs, public relations, podcast services, content writing, media coverage, and any custom packages offered by us.
• Content: Press releases, articles, images, videos, logos, company information, and any materials you submit for distribution or publication.
• Media Partners: Third-party news portals, publications, wire services, and media outlets through which your content may be distributed.
• Order: A confirmed purchase or service request placed through our platform, quote form, or direct communication with our team.

3. Our Services

Influencers Pro provides professional media and public relations services to businesses, brands, startups, and individuals across multiple industries. Our core offerings include:

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined at the time of order based on the package selected, quotation provided, or agreement communicated by our team. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Account Registration & Access

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4.2 Account Security

Our platform uses phone-based OTP verification and an approval process for account access. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP access
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.3 Account Approval

Access to the client dashboard may require administrative approval. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke account access at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.

4.4 Acceptance at Login

When you complete the login approval flow, you may be required to accept these Terms before accessing the dashboard. Continued use of the platform after acceptance constitutes ongoing agreement to these Terms.

5. Orders, Payments & Wallet

5.1 Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, client dashboard, quote request forms, or direct communication with our sales team. An order is confirmed only after payment is received (or credit terms are agreed in writing) and we acknowledge acceptance of your content and requirements.

5.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website or communicated in quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per Indian law.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before work commences, depending on the package
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Wallet credits, if applicable, are non-transferable and usable only on our platform unless otherwise agreed
• Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved

5.4 Delivery Timelines

We strive for quick turnaround on all press releases and service deliverables. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at order confirmation and may vary based on content review, media partner schedules, and editorial approval processes. Delays caused by incomplete information, content revisions, or third-party media partners are not grounds for automatic refunds unless specified in your package.

6. Your Content & Editorial Guidelines

6.1 Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for distribution, you grant Influencers Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish your content through our media partner network solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6.2 Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• All facts, statistics, and quotes in your content are accurate and properly attributed
• Your content complies with applicable laws and does not contain defamatory, misleading, or unlawful material

6.3 Editorial Standards

All press releases must meet journalistic and editorial standards. If you provide your own content, it should:

• Include a compelling headline, dateline, lead paragraph, body, and company boilerplate
• Be written in third person with an objective, non-promotional tone
• Typically be 300–600 words unless otherwise agreed
• Include complete media contact information

6.4 Content Review & Revisions

We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject content that does not meet our editorial guidelines or may harm our media partner relationships. For content writing services included in your package, up to 3 revisions are permitted unless otherwise specified in your order.

6.5 Rejected Content

Media partners and our editorial team may refuse to publish content that is overly promotional, factually inaccurate, violates their policies, or falls outside acceptable news standards. In such cases, we will work with you to revise the content; however, refunds are subject to Section 8.

7. Press Release Distribution Terms

7.1 Distribution Scope

Upon successful distribution, your press release will be submitted to media outlets and platforms included in your selected package. The list of publications may vary and is subject to availability, editorial discretion of each outlet, and ongoing partner agreements.

7.2 Placement Guarantees

Where a package includes a placement guarantee on selected publications, the guarantee applies only to the specific outlets named in your order confirmation. If placement cannot be achieved due to reasons within our control, we will offer a replacement publication of comparable value or a refund as per our guarantee policy communicated at purchase.

7.3 Third-Party Media Partners

Once your content is distributed to media partners, those partners operate independently. We are not responsible for:

• Editorial decisions to modify, delay, or remove published content
• Technical issues, link breakage, or page removal on third-party sites
• Search engine rankings, social media engagement, or organic reach
• Actions taken by media outlets beyond our distribution submission

7.4 Reports & Analytics

Distribution reports and analytics are provided on a best-effort basis. Report accuracy depends on data available from media partners and third-party tracking tools. Minor discrepancies in reporting do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

8.1 Cancellation Before Distribution

If you cancel an order before content has been submitted to media partners, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund minus any processing fees or work already completed (such as content writing), at our discretion.

8.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

• Distribution has already been completed as per your order
• Content was rejected due to your failure to provide accurate information or approved revisions
• You are dissatisfied with editorial decisions of independent media partners beyond our control
• Custom or bespoke services have been substantially delivered

8.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. Wallet credits, if issued, will be added to your platform wallet and are subject to the same usage terms.

8.4 Disputes

Any billing or service disputes must be raised within 7 days of order completion by contacting support@influencerspro.in. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our platform or services to:

• Distribute false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or adult/explicit material
• Infringe intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit malware, spam, or harmful code through our forms or dashboard
• Circumvent security measures, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization
• Submit content related to gambling, cryptocurrency scams, or prohibited industries as determined by our media partners

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, graphics, software, and design—is the property of Influencers Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without prior written permission.

Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party trademarks does not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Influencers Pro, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our platform or services
• Actions or omissions of third-party media partners
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any content you submit or distribute through our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Influencers Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Content you submit for distribution
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your misuse of the platform or services

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@influencerspro.in.
