Prof Dr M Sreedhar, received ” Literature achievement s Award” and Dr Ch Gayathri received ” Excellence and innovation in the social sector” Dr.Ch.Gayathri and Prof Dr M Sreedhar, Did Extensive social Services in the Area of Human Rights for Women Empowerment and north eastern languages, culture and bio diversity..

Dr Ch Gayathri and Prof Dr Sreedhar, are couple, with many years of experience at National/International in Academics/ Research/Especially in Human Rights, Education/literacy & research. Authors Co- Authoring of many books in human rights, Psychology/Biology/ education & literacy.

having published good research articles in indexed journals, also Social influencers, Having demonstrated ” Happy, Be happy, tensions are common… Enjoy life with cheers” in Instagram, has brought nearly 2.06 lacs followers.

They worked together for more than 6 years, In the field of Human rights, education/ literacy conducted extensive research by studying Research Papers/ Articles written by more than 200 national and international research scholars, meeting NGOs who are working in Human rights area, education & literacy, and formulated a more understandable research papers/ books, with Mechanisms to improve human rights, and further research in meghalaya state poems, literature and biodiversity.

Conducted Research and Published Research work/ books in Human Rights including, Women rights, Civil rights, Violence against Women and women in society, and poems, bio diversity, literature and culture of Meghalaya. In a Interview with them, by our Special Correspondent they stated that “ Wanted to Demonstrate and contribute more in human rights especially for women to reach the target of Social Empowerment ”. And in Education/ literacy areas, for young researchers and for women empowerment.
